When a friend asked me about 10 years ago if I was going to have artificial flowers for my wedding, I turned my nose up to it, and said "NEVER!"  Since then, artificial/faux florals have made huge improvements in fooling the eye, especially if you're turning to a professional who knows the best sources for life-like, or the so-called "natural-touch" flowers.  You'll likely be disappointed if you're looking in big chain craft stores for your florals, but don't let that deter you from going with faux, if that is your wish.  As a floral design consultant, I have all of the resources to make your faux flowers look fabulous!
